Arcadia’s interim target is to reduce total emissions by approximately 30% by 2030, against the 2025 baseline.
Carbon reduction projects
Arcadia has implemented the following carbon reduction measures:

| Company vehicles | Company-owned cars have been changed to electric vehicles. |
| Business travel | Remote meetings are used where appropriate to reduce unnecessary travel. |
| Digital working | Digital systems and electronic workflows are used to reduce paper use and administrative duplication. |
Arcadia intends to implement the following further measures:

| Logistics | Improve carbon data capture from couriers, freight partners and third-party logistics providers. |
| Shipment consolidation | Consolidate shipments where clinically, commercially and operationally appropriate. |
| Supplier engagement | Include sustainability and carbon reporting questions in supplier onboarding and supplier reviews. |
| Waste | Review waste segregation, recycling and packaging waste to reduce landfill where compatible with regulatory requirements. |
| Governance | Review and update this Carbon Reduction Plan annually. |
Declaration and sign-off
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and the associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.
Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting
Standard, using appropriate UK Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting.
Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting principles. The required subset of Scope 3 emissions has been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain Scope 3 Standard.
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors of Arcadia Pharma Limited T/A Arcadia Medical.
